Orders placed before 12pm, Monday–Friday, are usually processed the same day and shipped according to your chosen delivery method.

Arrives within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
Free UK shipping on orders over £75.
Large Furniture Delivery
Larger furniture pieces have separate delivery rates, calculated automatically at checkout.
We have 3 tiers of delivery: £9.95, £24 and £35.
The delivery tier depends on the size, weight, and handling needs of the item. Some larger pieces may be sent with a two-person furniture delivery service, depending on what the item requires.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch notification with your delivery details. When the goods are loaded onto the vehicle, you’ll also receive a personalised delivery reminder with a tracking link.
Our delivery partner will usually give you a courtesy call up to 30 minutes before arrival.
Where the furniture delivery service applies, your order will be taken to a room of choice, provided there is safe and suitable access. Please check that your item will fit through doorways, staircases, lifts, hallways, and any tight corners before ordering.
On delivery, a time-stamped signature will be taken. If anything unusual happens during delivery, such as access issues or visible damage to packaging, the courier may also record relevant details or photographs.
Some furniture pieces are made to order or require extra handling time. Where this applies, the estimated timeframe will be shown on the product page or confirmed after your order is placed.
International Delivery
We proudly offer international shipping on select collections to worldwide destinations using a premium, fully tracked courier service.
Your delivery fee will be calculated automatically at checkout.

While we always aim to deliver on time, please note we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Pre-Order and Made-To-Order Items
For pre-order and MTO items, as each piece is crafted especially for you, estimated delivery windows are noted on the product page. Pre-order processing times apply in addition to standard shipping times.
