We currently offer three services:

3. Sourcing & curation — A curation service for furniture and homeware references, ideas, or briefs you cannot find through the usual places.
You can enquire without committing to an order. We only take payment after we confirm the details and you approve the quote.
1. Bespoke Modifications
Some furniture in our range can be modified to your specifications. You’ll find these pieces marked with a customisable tag on the product page. Exact options depend on the original design, material availability, and the change you need, so we assess every request case by case.
What can often be adjusted
Dimensions — Useful when a piece needs to fit a specific space, e.g.,match the proportions of existing furniture, sit below a window, or work with a low ceiling. Where the structure allows, we can check changes to height, width, depth, or length.
Shelving and storage layout — Fewer compartments, more smaller sections, or shelf spacing that suits how you’ll use the piece. Some pieces may allow shelf spacing changes, extra shelves, or adjusted cupboard and drawer proportions.
Doors and fronts — Glass doors to display ceramics, solid doors to hide clutter, or a different front style where the design allows it. Door and glass changes depend on the structure of the piece.
Hardware and small details — Smaller changes such as different handles, knobs, pulls, hinges, or visible metal details. These are often easier to do, but still depend on what suits the piece and what we have available.
Finish, stain, paint, and colour — Send us the colour direction or reference you have in mind. Exact matching is not always possible, but we’ll confirm the available options or closest match before anything is confirmed.
Solid wood material — Some pieces may have several solid wood options; others may only come in the listed wood. We’ll confirm this case by case and tell you clearly if the material cannot be changed.
Digital previews
For many modifications, we can usually provide a rough digital preview to show the direction change before production. The preview is a guide; the finished piece may vary slightly due to grain, handmade finishes, production methods, and natural material variation. The quality will remain in line with the original piece shown on the product page.
What may not be possible
We may not be able to match an exact paint, stain, wood, hardware, or finish sample from another brand. We may also decline changes that require a full redesign, remove structural support, change the main material beyond what we offer, make the piece much larger than its original design can support, or copy another designer’s piece.
2. Discounted Multi-Piece Furniture Orders
Planning furniture for a bedroom, rental, café, studio, workspace or any other residential/commercial space? Send through all the products you'd like instead of ordering piece by piece.
Once we can see the pieces, quantities, production needs, and delivery route together, we can give you a discounted quote for one project - rather than as one-off purchases.
How it works
Send the full selection — Share the product links or names, quantity for each piece, any required dimensions or variations, your ideal timeline, and any questions you have. We may ask for delivery access details before quoting delivery.
We check the practical details — We’ll confirm availability, lead times, relevant finish or material consistency, and the best delivery route for the order.
Small homeware as part of a wider brief — Smaller pieces such as ceramics or decorative objects can be included when they support the wider room or project.
You receive one project quote — The quote reflects the full order, including the mix of pieces and quantities involved. Everything gets confirmed in writing before you decide.

3. Sourcing & Curation
We love curating considered furniture and homeware that does not always appear in the obvious places.
If you’ve seen something you love or you have a clear picture in your head and nothing you’ve found comes close, send it over — be it a photo, screenshot, rough description, or mood board. The references will give us a direction, but won't be replica instructions. We can curate options with a similar function, proportion, material, or visual feel where available.
This service is for curating suitable pieces, not copying, reproducing, or remaking an existing item, designer piece, Pinterest find, or custom design.
What we can help with
Finding pieces by brief — You may be looking for a certain function, size, material, or detail: a solid wood storage piece with a specific layout, a wall-mounted piece in a particular size, or a lamp with a wooden base and a certain type of shade. References help us understand proportion, material, finish, and style; we use them to guide the curation and suggest suitable options, not to create replicas.
Small homeware as part of a wider brief — Smaller pieces such as ceramics or decorative objects can be included when they support the wider room or project.
A considered shortlist — We do not send endless links. We curate pieces with the right balance of design, function, quality, and price, then share the strongest options with clear pricing and practical notes.
What to send
Send any references you have: images, screenshots, sketches, measurements, material or colour direction, ideal timeline, and non-negotiables. It also helps to tell us what you dislike. That usually saves time.
How it works
We review the brief first. If it looks realistic, we look for suitable options and share them with you for approval. This stage is free of charge.
If you decide to go ahead, we confirm the exact selection, quantities, production requirements, quote, lead time, shipping, and practical details before quoting the order.
You get one quote from us. We handle the sourcing, quality checks, logistics, and delivery.
4. Before You Send an Enquiry
You do not need a polished brief — just enough detail for us to understand the request. Send the product links, quantities, measurements, references, ideal timeline, and any non-negotiables that matter.
5. Custom Orders, Payment & Invoicing
Furniture modifications, project quotes, and sourced pieces are handled as custom orders. Once the details are agreed, we’ll send a private order link or invoice with the confirmed specification, quantities, quote, estimated lead time, and delivery details. There is no charge or commitment while we discuss the enquiry or share available options.
What the quote includes
Your quote reflects the confirmed order as a whole, including the pieces, quantities, relevant modifications, production requirements, shipping, and delivery route.
After payment
Once payment is complete, your order will be managed through our store like any other order. We’ll keep you updated through production and delivery. If anything takes longer or becomes more complicated than expected, we’ll let you know and talk through the next steps clearly.
6. Useful Things to Know
Quotes are built around the actual request
Pricing depends on the piece, quantity, modification details, production requirements, shipping route, and delivery plan. For project and sourcing enquiries, we quote based on the full confirmed selection, not individual product pages in isolation.
Lead times vary
Lead times depend on production, modifications, order size, inspection, shipping, and delivery arrangements. We’ll give you the best estimate before you place the order and update you if anything changes.
No formal minimum
You do not need a huge project to get in touch. A specific modification, a small focused furniture order, or clear sourcing brief can all begin with an enquiry.
We will be honest about limits
Some changes will not work. Some materials will not be available. Some references can only guide us in a direction. If something risks the design, structure, safety, delivery, or quality of the piece, we’ll say so.
7. Key Policies
Modifications
We assess every modification request case by case. Some products allow more flexibility than others. We may decline changes that affect structure, proportion, stability, safety, production quality, or the overall design.
Sourcing and references
Reference images help us understand direction. We cannot copy, reproduce, or remake existing designs, designer pieces, Pinterest finds, or custom items. We can only search for suitable options with a similar function, proportion, material direction, or visual feel.
Measurements and access
Please check measurements carefully before confirming an order. This includes product dimensions, room fit, doorway access, stairways, lifts, and any delivery restrictions. We can help sense-check details, but you remain responsible for the measurements and access information you provide.
Returns and cancellations
Bespoke modifications, project orders, and sourced pieces may have limited cancellation or return options once confirmed. We’ll confirm the relevant terms before payment.
Natural materials and finish variation
Solid wood, handmade items, and small batch production can create small variations in grain, tone, colour, texture, and dimensions. These variations are part of the material and process, not automatically faults.
Quality checks
We arrange quality checks before dispatch where possible. If an issue appears during production, inspection, or shipping, we’ll update you and work through the next step before delivery.
Delivery
Delivery depends on item size, order type, location, access requirements, and shipping route. We’ll confirm the delivery approach and pricing before the order moves forward, and this will be included as part of the quotation.
8. Final Confirmation
Before payment, we’ll confirm the details of your order in writing. By placing a furniture or sourcing order with us, you confirm that:

✅ You have provided accurate measurements, delivery information, and access details.
✅ You understand that bespoke, project, and sourced items may have limited cancellation or return options once confirmed.
